APPOINTMENT OF HOSEA HALLIDAY AS CITY MANAGER
- WHEREAS, the City of Los Santos has been informed of the resignation of Oliver Thornton from the position of City Manager, effective immediately; and
WHEREAS, Oliver Thornton has served the City of Los Santos with distinction, and his contributions have been integral to the city's growth and governance; and
WHEREAS, the continuity of effective municipal management is critical to maintaining the operational efficiency of the City of Los Santos; and
WHEREAS, Hosea Halliday has demonstrated exceptional qualifications, leadership skills, and a commitment to public service that align with the needs and vision of the City of Los Santos;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. Appointment of City Manager: Hosea Halliday is hereby appointed as the City Manager of Los Santos, effective immediately upon the issuance of this order.
2. Duties and Responsibilities: Hosea Halliday shall assume all duties, responsibilities, and powers vested in the City Manager position as outlined in the City Charter and applicable laws.
3. Support for Transition: All City departments, agencies, and personnel are directed to extend their full cooperation and support to Hosea Halliday during the transition and beyond to ensure a seamless continuation of city operations.
4. Acknowledgment of Service: The City of Los Santos extends its heartfelt gratitude to Oliver Thornton for his service and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
