City Directive NO. 25-03 DESIGNATION OF MUNICIPAL AND EXECUTIVE RESIDENCES & OFFICES
- WHEREAS, the City of Los Santos seeks to establish official designations for key government properties to enhance administrative efficiency and executive operations;
WHEREAS, the proper allocation of municipal buildings will provide clarity on their functions and ensure their effective use in service of the city’s governance;
NOW, THEREFORE, by the authority vested in the Office of the City Manager, the following directive is hereby enacted:
SECTION I – MAYORAL RESIDENCE:
- The Nixon Estate is officially designated as the private residence of the Mayor of Los Santos.
This residence shall serve exclusively as the Mayor’s domicile and will not be utilized for official city business.
SECTION II – EXECUTIVE MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS
City Hall is reaffirmed as the Executive Building of the City of Los Santos, housing the Mayor’s Office and central administrative functions of city governance.
City Hall shall continue to serve as the hub for municipal decision-making, legislative affairs, and public administrative services.
SECTION III – EXECUTIVE RESIDENCE & OFFICE FOR GOVERNMENT LEADERSHIP
The Verdant Bluffs Mansion is hereby renamed Underhill’s House.
Underhill’s House shall serve as the official residence and office for:- The Secretary of State and their Deputy
- The City Manager
- The Governor of San Andreas
SECTION IV – IMPLEMENTATION
This directive is effective immediately upon signing and shall remain in effect unless amended by future ordinances or executive orders.
