CONTRACT DESCRIPTION
The Los Santos City Government is seeking qualified contractors for a construction contract. The City of Los Santos has established the Public Housing Authority (PHA) to tackle the city's housing crisis by developing a new public housing complex. Led by the Deputy Mayor, the PHA will oversee the project in collaboration with the City Treasurer and the Code Enforcement Bureau. The initiative aims to provide affordable, safe, and quality housing for low-income residents, reduce homelessness, and promote community well-being. The project follows a ten-week timeline, from planning and preparation to construction and occupancy. Private contractors are invited to submit proposals through a competitive bidding process.

COMPANY SPECIFICATION
Application Requirements
- A valid business license and certification to operate within the City of Los Santos.
- Substantial experience in construction of large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- General liability insurance.
- They must comply with all city regulations, building codes, and safety standards, and be certified in sustainable construction practices.
- A statement of the company’s adherence to ethical business practices. Disclosure of any pending legal issues or past litigation involving the company.
- A detailed proposal outlining the company’s approach to meeting the City’s needs with cost estimates and a pricing structure for the services offered.
- Additionally, they must engage with the community, address resident concerns, and incorporate community feedback into the project design and implementation.
