ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MAYOR AND EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Los Santos is committed to ensuring a smooth and effective transition of leadership in municipal governance;
WHEREAS, the incoming administration is entrusted with upholding the integrity, efficiency, and development of the city’s operations;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the authority of the City Manager of Los Santos that:
SECTION I – MAYORAL TRANSITION
Dallas Calhoun is officially recognized as the Mayor of the City of Los Santos.
Gladys Arington is officially appointed as Deputy Mayor of the City of Los Santos.
SECTION II – EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS
The following individuals are hereby appointed to key municipal roles within the City of Los Santos:
Reginald Langley – City Projects Coordinator
Responsible for overseeing city development projects, infrastructure improvements, and long-term planning initiatives.
Jep Appelo – City Treasurer
Charged with the management of municipal finances, including budget allocations, financial planning, and fiscal oversight.
Donatien Verneuil – Personal Aide to the Mayor
Serving as the principal assistant to the Mayor, managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative duties to ensure the efficiency of the Mayor’s office.
SECTION III – IMPLEMENTATION
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon signing, ensuring the seamless transition and continued governance of the City of Los Santos.
