    My name is Jessica Aslanov. I was born in Russia but moved to Los Santos with my family when I was a teenager. Growing up in a new country taught me to adapt quickly and pay attention to the details around me - especially in a busy city like this. I developed an interest in urban environments and how order is maintained through rules, structure, and accountability. Over time, I became passionate about helping communities stay safe, organized, and livable. My goal is to work in a role where I can make a real difference - not through force, but through education, communication, and fair enforcement of the law. I believe even small efforts toward improving neighborhoods can have a big impact over time, and I want to be a part of that change.

    I want to join the Code Enforcement Bureau because I believe real change starts with structure, accountability, and respect for city rules. In my work with property management and community outreach, I saw how often codes were ignored - not out of defiance, but due to lack of awareness. I want to help fix that. CEB offers the ideal balance of fieldwork and civic duty, and I see it as a meaningful way to serve the city I now call home. I bring strong work ethic, cultural perspective, and a real passion for helping communities thrive.
