- REQUIREMENTS
The catering provider will be responsible for providing a full-service dining experience, which will include the following:
Menu Design:
- A traditional Thanksgiving menu featuring seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients.
- Options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests.
- Dessert options, including pies, cakes, and other festive treats.
- Beverages: Wine, soft drinks, and non-alcoholic options.
- Presentation of food should align with the elegant nature of the event.
- Staffing:
- Professional catering staff to serve guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
- Waitstaff for buffet stations, beverage stations, and table service (if applicable).
- On-site chefs to prepare food, if necessary.
- Equipment and Service:
- High-quality table settings, including plates, glassware, flatware, and linens.
- Buffet setup (if applicable) or plated service as needed.
- Adequate staffing to ensure timely service.
- Coordination with event organizers for seamless integration of food service with other event logistics.
- Health and Safety:
- The provider must comply with all relevant food safety and hygiene standards.
- Adequate provisions for handling food allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to work within the required budget and timelines.
- Proven commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Valid business registration, along with all required licenses.
