Good day to you dear Citizens of our great City.

My name is Dr. Hosea James Halliday and I'm running for Mayor of Los Santos with a bold vision: to rebuild the economy, support the hardworking people of this city, fight crime at every level, and ensure justice for all.
Los Santos has been plagued by rising costs, growing inequality, and increasing lawlessness. It has reached a tipping point. My administration will bring real leadership, real action, and real results.
  • For A Stronger Economy for All
Los Santos is facing an economic crisis, housing is unaffordable, inflation is rising, and businesses are struggling. My administration when trusted to take over the mantle by the people will tackle these issues head-on.
  • We aim to Lower the Cost of Living: Fight rising inflation by reducing unnecessary taxes and cutting wasteful government spending.
  • We aim for Affordable Housing Now: Push for new housing developments, cut red tape for home construction, and create policies that make homeownership a reality for more residents.
  • We aim to Support Local Businesses: Reduce regulations, offer tax incentives, and invest in business growth to create more jobs and strengthen the economy.
  • Time for Standing Up for the Hardworking People of Los Santos
Los Santos thrives because of its workers, the men and women who build, serve, and keep the city running. A Halliday administration will fight to protect them.
  • We aim for better Conditions for Workers: Support unions and organizations like the IBL to ensure fair wages, workplace safety, and job security.
  • We aim to enact new Worker Protection Laws: Introduce legislation that guarantees better rights, safer conditions, and stronger protections for employees.
  • Time to Invest in Job Training: Provide resources and programs to help workers gain new skills, secure better jobs, and build a stronger future.
  • It is time for Taking Back Our Streets – Fighting Crime & Organized Crime
Crime is out of control in Los Santos. Gangs run unchecked, organized crime flourishes, and everyday citizens live in fear. Halliday has a plan to fight back.
  • We want to Fund and Support Law Enforcement: Increase funding for the Police and Sheriff's Departments, ensuring they have the tools and manpower needed to keep Los Santos safe.
  • It is time to Crack Down on Gangs and Criminal Networks: Implement aggressive measures to dismantle organized crime and remove violent criminals from our communities.
  • Community Crime Prevention Programs: Invest in civilian-led programs that educate and raise awareness about crime, steering young people away from criminal paths.
  • To Fighting Injustice in All Its Forms
Los Santos must be a city where justice is fair, equal, and accessible to all. No more corruption. No more double standards.
  • Hold Corrupt Officials Accountable: Strengthen oversight to eliminate government corruption and ensure fairness in public policy.
  • Protect Civil Rights and Freedoms: Ensure that every citizen, regardless of background, is treated fairly under the law.
  • Reform and Improve the Justice System: Push for laws that make the legal system work for the people—not just the powerful.
  • Supporting First Responders & Strengthening Rehabilitation

Los Santos depends on its brave firefighters and correctional officers to keep the city safe. A Halliday Administration will ensure they have the tools and resources they need.
  • Fire Department Investment: Increase funding for equipment, training, and staffing to ensure rapid emergency response and firefighter safety.
  • Better Wages & Benefits: Advocate for fair pay and benefits for firefighters who risk their lives to protect the city.
HALLIDAY 2025 - A Leadership you can trust, A better City for all!
