    Scope of work:

    • Construction Site Preparation
      - Delimitation of construction site areas by barriers, cones, and reflective tape to increase visibility at night.
      - There will be limitations to the work area by properly placed and lighted barriers for the citizen to see from a distance.

      Removal of old facades, replacement with new ones.
      - Removal of old facades and their transportation to an authorized landfill.
      - Cladding and insulating the exterior walls of the business.
      - Adding new facades over the insulation of the walls.

      Interior Renovation and System Modernization
      - Removal of old furniture and transportation to San Fierro Furniture Factory.
      - Removal of the old electrical circuit, sorting out sockets and cables and recycling them.
      - Adding a new, stronger, safer electrical circuit.
      - Installing the flooring, strategically structuring all walls and interior decoration.
      - Addition of sanitary groups and fire prevention systems.
      - Addition of multiple water hose coupling points and smoke alarms.

      Final check, testing of all systems and inspection of all exit points.
      - Conduct inspections of the completed work to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.
      - Removal of all barriers, ladders, scaffolding from inside the building, and their safe transportation back to the warehouse.

    If "Yes," please describe the required measures:

    -Prior to the traffic stop, temporary barriers, cones, and signs will be placed with a sense of responsibility and will clearly indicate the temporary blockage.
    - Traffic will be stopped at times when traffic will be at a reduced level.
    - Considering that this is a residential area, residents will be informed by placing multiple flyers at the entrance of the complex, as well as in their mailboxes.
    - During the unloading of the materials, there will also be traffic directors who already have knowledge in directing traffic as efficiently as possible, in order to avoid traffic jams and to make traffic flow as smoothly as possible.
    - Lastly, the traffic warden will ensure that vehicles that are classified as top priority, ambulances, police cars on duty or any vehicle that requires a clear way will be prioritized.

    Safety Measures:
    • - All workers on-site will be required to wear appropriate PPE, including hard hats, safety vests, gloves, steel-toed boots, and eye protection.
      - In case of using saw tools, drill, power drill, rotary drill, saber saw, or any construction site equipment that exceeds 300 revs per minute, workers will receive exemplary training and instruction beforehand.
      - Sidewalks adjacent to the site will be closed and clearly marked, with temporary walkways provided where necessary to ensure pedestrian safety.
      - For any work conducted at heights, scaffolding, guardrails, safety nets, and harnesses will be utilized to prevent falls.
