JOB DESCRIPTION
The Office of Cultural Affairs is seeking fresh, enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. As a vital branch of the Los Santos Government, we are dedicated to celebrating the city’s rich talent, cultural heritage, and ever-evolving diversity. Our mission is brought to life through strategic communication, dynamic events, direct community engagement, and initiatives that uplift those who actively contribute to cultural growth. We believe Los Santos has a story worth sharing — one that deserves recognition both locally and internationally, helping to boost tourism and global interest in our city.
The Cultural Affairs Assistant (CAA) role is an entry-level position reporting directly to the Head of Cultural Affairs. As a CAA, your responsibilities would include:
• Playing a key role in delivering our annual event calendar, which features a wide array of exciting and unique cultural events.
• Supporting event logistics — from booking venues and coordinating catering to arranging security and handling administrative tasks.
• Assisting in the creation of content for our official website and other communication channels related to Cultural Affairs activities.
• Attending weekly and monthly meetings, taking minutes, and providing activity updates.
• Contributing to the implementation of ongoing Cultural Affairs programs and initiatives.
If you're passionate about organizing events, writing articles or blogs, and working collaboratively with departments across the city, this opportunity is for you. The Cultural Affairs Department offers real career growth — from Assistant to Officer, and eventually Manager — with increasing responsibilities and benefits. In the Los Santos Government, hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded, making a career in Cultural Affairs both meaningful and fulfilling for those committed to making a difference.
