DISQUALIFICATION OF KENNETH MULDOON FROM THE 2025 MAYORAL ELECTION
Pursuant to the powers vested in the Office of the State Secretary under the Election Code of San Andreas, the following Executive Order is hereby issued:
- That on or around the night of June 29th to 30th, 2025, Zeljko Stojanovic and multiple other individuals, was witnessed and later admitted under interrogation to issuing direct digital payments to voters in exchange for voting for Mr. Muldoon;
- That said payments were corroborated by digital forensic evidence, bank statements, and CCTV surveillance, linking the transferred funds and recipients to known participants in the June 2025 Los Santos electoral process;
- That Mr. Kenneth Muldoon was physically present during or in immediate knowledge of these activities, as confirmed by witness accounts and evidence gathered by law enforcement, and took no action to intervene, report, or prevent the commission of the felony known as voter fraud (Penal Code §619-B);
- That such non-action constitutes criminal liability under the concept of wilful neglect in the execution of campaign oversight, thereby rendering Mr. Muldoon directly complicit in a scheme to unlawfully influence a democratic election;
- Said actions violate the Election Code of San Andreas, and the Ethical standards of the City of Los Santos,
- It has be communicated to the Office of the Secretary of State that Mr. Muldoon was arrested under Penal Code §619-B, Voter Fraud / Voter Pandering, with aggravating circumstances due to his role as principal beneficiary and participant by omission;
- KENNETH MULDOON is hereby IMMEDIATELY and PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFIED from candidacy in the 2025 Los Santos Mayoral Election;
- His name shall be struck from all ballots, both physical and electronic, with immediate effect, and any votes already cast in his name shall be nullified and disregarded;
- Additionally, Mr. Muldoon's campaign manager, Travis Wilhelmson is to be referred for criminal prosecution under E.C. (5)02. False Advertising, for comments made against another candidate's campaign.
This Office maintains that electoral integrity is absolute. The use of money muscle to manipulate the will of the people is against democracy and will be answered with swift and irreversible action.
Kenneth Muldoon, in doing nothing whilst criminal activity was undertaken in his name, has forfeit both in law, but more importantly, in morals, any public office of trust.
Let this be warning and example to all present and future seekers of office.
