1. Project Overview
The City of Los Santos seeks a qualified sculptor or studio to design, model and deliver a life-size stone statue of the late Deputy Mayor Patrick Callahan. The work will be installed on the forecourt of City Hall as a permanent public memorial.
((OOC note: this tender is intended for the individual who will create the **3D model approved for import into the server: you must be a modder willing and able to deliver this within scope.**.))
2. Scope of Work
• Produce concept sketches and obtain approval from the Mayor’s Office
• Create a detailed 3D model suitable for stone fabrication
• Coordinate material selection, carving and finishing (granite or similar durable stone)
• Deliver and assist with placement on the prepared plinth at City Hall
• Provide final render, texture files and installation report
3. Budget and Schedule
• Total payment: $500,000 (covers all labour and material costs)
• Contract period: work must be completed no later than one month from award date
• Progress payments released at 40 percent (model approval) and 60 percent (final installation)
4. Eligibility Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in large-scale sculpture or public art projects

• Valid company operating within the State of San Andreas
• Adequate insurance and safety compliance
