1. Service Overview
The City of Los Santos is seeking a qualified waste-management company to provide weekly curb-side garbage collection for all houses and businesses within city limits. Collected refuse must be transported to the designated processing facility.
• Contract type: Retainer
• Payment: $100,000 per week (paid fortnightly)
• Supervision: Bureau of Street Services (BSS) and Code Enforcement Bureau (CEB)
• Contract term: Open-ended, subject to quarterly performance review
((OOC note: Screenshots and/or video evidence of collection role-play are required with each fortnightly invoice.))
2. Scope of Work
• Provide and maintain a sufficient fleet of garbage trucks
• Employ trained crews to complete one full residential and commercial pick-up cycle every week
• Follow approved collection routes and schedules issued by BSS
• Transport refuse to the city-appointed processing facility; no unauthorised dumping
• Keep accurate logs of routes, tonnage, and delivery receipts
• Remain available for random inspections and ride-alongs by BSS or CEB officers
3. Eligibility Requirements
• Company must own or lease an operational garbage-truck fleet and employ properly trained staff
• Company must have been in continuous operation for at least three months
• Company directors must hold a clean criminal record; staff must hold minimal criminal records
• Valid business licence and proof of insurance in the State of San Andreas
• Compliance with all CEB safety and environmental regulations
