| RE: Legal education requirement to challenge the San Andreas Bar |

San Andreas State Bar, and future applicants of the San Andreas State Bar:
The Bar Exam of the State of San Andreas will now require all applicants to possess a Juris Doctor, a minimum of 86 post-graduate hours with no credit awarded for a class in which an applicant receives less than a C (2.0 on a 4.0 scale).
This decision is within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and will better ensure that the citizens of this state receive competent legal representation.
