Here are the general guidelines for Tax Classification of each business type, all businesses are to provide tax returns based on the below classification.
Owning a business that practices and performs business of more than one of the below types, will still fall under only one category of business type, which is considered the primary business area.

PERMIT FEES
Depending on the business, certain activities require special permits issued by the Code Enforcement Bureau. Permit fees are paid only once and are valid until revoked, or until business ceases its activities. Such fees are:

EXEMPTIONS
The City of Los Santos provides tax exemptions for certain types of organizations and businesses, these are, but are not limited to:
- Non-profit organizations;
- Veteran organizations;
- Businesses owned by the handicapped;
- Religious organizations;
- Churches.
